Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made:
    •    More than 14 days prior to the booking: deposit is forfeited, no further payment required.
    •    Within 14 days of the booking: 100% of the total booking fee may be charged.

For bridal bookings, cancellations made after the final balance has been paid (within 2 weeks of the wedding date) are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded in full.
